Hi, my name is Emily Bowen and I am an Editing, Writing, and Media major at Florida State University. This summer I had the opportunity to be an editor for the online publication Study Breaks. I was in charge of sixteen student writers and edited their articles each week then uploaded and formatted them in WordPress. I also provided weekly feedback to my writers and had meetings with the site's Editorial Director every Thursday. I hope you enjoy exploring the pieces that I edited this summer!
